SSI Fine Bubble Tube Diffuser

SSI Tube Diffusers are designed to offer high oxygen transfer efficiency, low pressure loss, and a simple installation. Our tube diffusers are available with a variety of membrane materials including our patented PTFE membranes designed to use less energy and require minimal maintanance.The one-piece light weight but strong ABS body with PVC support pipes makes handling during installation very easy. SSI Tube Diffusers are built on channel pipe or round pipe by request.Channel pipes allow for a uniform bubble pattern the whole length of the diffuser whereas a round pipe, the membrane has a tendency to stick when inflated, The membrane fits snugly along the channel pipe making the membrane resistant to flexure tears along the perforation lines

 Tubes feature channel style body to reducestrain on the membranes particularly inon/off operation.

 Diameter 2"(62 m m) an d 3" (90 m m).

 Saddle connection for 4" pipe to reduceinstallation time, also available with 3.4'' NPT connection.

 High Efficiency (SOTE) and low pressuredrops tested according to ASCE standards.

 ABS body temperature resistant up to 100℃.

 Membrane with low plasticizer content toreduce shrinkage and loss of elasticity.
